Support

For guests using the campersAPP mobile app.

I can't log in to my park's app

The park you're staying at should have given you a login code (sometimes called a "park code" or "activation code") at check-in. If you don't have it, ask at the office - it's often posted at the check-in kiosk or included on your reservation confirmation.

If the code was given to you but doesn't work, please contact the park directly. Codes are managed by the park, not by campersAPP.

I created an account but didn't get a verification code

Verification codes are delivered by SMS or email. Check your spam folder first. If nothing arrives within five minutes, tap Resend Code on the verification screen in the app. If the resend still doesn't reach you, please email us at support@campersapp.com with the phone number or email you used to register.

I can't find a feature I saw at another park

Each park chooses which campersAPP features to enable and configure. If a park you're currently visiting doesn't have a feature that a different park had, it's usually because that park hasn't turned it on. This is intentional - parks customize the experience for their guests.

How do I remove my account?

Send a request to support@campersapp.com from the email address on your account. We remove all personally identifying data on your account within 30 days of the request per our Privacy Policy. Public content you may have submitted (e.g. park ratings) can be anonymized on request rather than deleted, which is the default behavior.

How do I report a bug or suggest an improvement?

The fastest path is the in-app feedback surface: tap Settings → Send Feedback from the campersAPP mobile app. Reports arrive directly with our development team. Alternatively, email support@campersapp.com.

Something else

Email support@campersapp.com with your question and, if possible, the name of the park you're visiting. We'll respond within one business day.
